GAUCHERE is a French prêt-à-porter house founded in Paris by designer Marie-Christine Statz. The brand is a declaration of modern femininity, with a subversive vision and less conventional sensibility.

GAUCHERE is an attitude built directly from you. The house is intentionally minimal, embraces clean-cut tailoring, and mixes subtly formal and casual influences to deliver a cut-through silhouette. Statz designs clothing with real people in mind, focusing on their individuality and versatility.

Graduated from New York Parsons school of Design, Statz specialized in tailoring at La Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. Obsessed with quality and savoir-faire, Statz and her team design and develop each collection in Paris under the highest standards using traditional techniques and craftsmanship.

GAUCHERE‘s commitment to the environment is applied to the entire production reality and part of the brand DNA. All suppliers ensure full product traceability from the origin of raw materials, as well as the most advanced technologies, organizational and management processes, with full respect for people and the environment.

GAUCHERE partners with Nona Source. Nona Source is the LVMH-backed platform which revalues leftover materials from the most renowned luxury Maisons. By re-using existing resources, the garment has one of the lowest environmental footprints.

The GAUCHERE woman is driven, authentic and exists without compromise. Progressive and minimal, she embraces modern tailoring with a high-end comfort demeanor.

With a genuine appreciation of her body, she expresses her fluid femininity and maintains a constant obsession with quality.

Determined and confident, she embodies versatility with personality, wearing clothes living with her and made for her.

Developing an intuitive relationship with her wardrobe, she aims to make each piece her "all-time favorite".
